Plan a Friends’ Birthday Weekend at a Private Pool Villa

Get the guest list and budget right

Confirm how many people will stay overnight and whether anyone wants to visit for the day. The Angle House in Kamshet lists capacity for up to 12 guests; check the room and bed layout for your group.

Divide the full accommodation quote, taxes, food, transport and optional extras before collecting money. Agree on how cancellations affect each person’s share.

Ask before planning the celebration

Discuss decorations, cake, meals and any music with the concierge. Availability, costs, sound restrictions and permitted hours depend on the property. Never assume a party setup or late music is included.

If bringing outside vendors or visitors, ask for permission and any applicable charges in advance. Keep the confirmation in writing.

Build a simple birthday schedule

On arrival, check in and settle into the rooms. Plan an unhurried meal and a cake moment at an agreed time. Leave the next morning open for a swim, breakfast or a short outing according to the weather and checkout time.

Make pool use optional, supervise children if present and avoid glass near the water. Arrange a sober driver or appropriate transport for every journey.

Before booking

Confirm your dates, final guest count, arrival time, cancellation policy, house rules and all charges. Share the property pin and host contact with the group.
